A plastic mixer machine is a mechanical blending machine. Its working principle is to create forced relative motion between plastic pellets, powders, flakes, regrind, color masterbatch, and additives so they become uniformly mixed. It does not usually change the material chemically; it performs physical homogenization.

Typical Working Cycle
1. Loading – plastic material and additives are fed into the mixing barrel, usually at 50–80% of capacity.
2. Driving – an electric motor drives the main shaft through a reducer, belt, or direct drive.
3. Mixing – the rotating screw, ribbon, paddle, impeller, or drum baffles repeatedly lift, throw, fold, shear, and tumble the material.
4. Discharging – after the set mixing time, a discharge valve or door opens and the homogeneous mixture is released.
